Gabie comes from the country town of Dubbo which is about 5 hours north west of Sydney. Her passion for chiropractic comes from many years of interest in health and the human body as well as personal experiences with chiropractic treatment. She has a passion for health and the benefits that chiropractic has on the body. Gabie has attended courses in Thompson Technique and Dry Needling to help expand her knowledge within the field.

  1. L ET your spine Rest. Your body has worked hard for you all day, so let it have the chance to rest while sleeping. Making sure you have a supportive and comfortable pillow and mattress will assist in helping your spine rest.
  2. O BSERVE your posture. Check your posture. Make sure your ears are directly above your shoulders and hips. Not sure if you have it right? Come in for a Digital Posture Screen and let our Chiropractors help you.
  3. V ARY your exercises – By doing different exercise, you utilise different muscles, so that your body does not become off balance. Your core muscles – your lower back and abdominal muscles – need to be strong and supple in order to support your spine and take pressure off your lower back. Ask us for more information and exercises to help strengthen your spine.
  4. E RGONOMICS – The discs in your lower spine can be loaded up to 3 times more when you are sitting compared to standing, so long periods of sitting can create or aggravate a painful back condition. Also when we are sitting at a desk for long periods, using a computer, our natural tendency is to slouch over and lean forward, creating poor postural habits and stressing our lumbar discs even more.

We're located on the corner of Pennant Hills Rd and Railway Pde with the entrance just round the corner on Railway Pde. It's a 3min walk from the door of the train at Thornleigh station or an equally short walk over the foot bridge from Aldi.


That's us on the 2nd floor. Our door is just to the right of the big real estate signs.
