TCM is a complimentary medicine based upon Chinese medical practices of over 2000 years. It focuses on the energy or Qi of the body, which flows within channels, known as meridians. The most common TCM treatments are:

Tuina is a type of massage that helps with muscle tension, where finger pressure helps release knots, tightness and stress points. Its focus is on altering patterns of energy moving through the body, rather than relaxation. It is most commonly used in conjunction with acupuncture techniques.

Acupuncture is a complimentary medicine that uses fine needles or pressure along specific energy points to address a variety of physical and mental ailments. It works with both the internal and external systems of the body, and is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on improving the flow of Qi, or energy within the channels of the body.

Herbalism is an internal medicine that uses traditional Chinese herbs to provide support and nourishment for the body. It may also help improve the effectiveness of the Acupuncture treatment, as it assists to reduce pain and promotes the restoration of energy flow within the body.
